Compare our prices to the prices of similar RV Resort, and you can not find
a better offer, in fact we found 'used' 10 year old Park Homes at these prices.
Lots are very limited, and we have only space for 8 more cottages or cabins.

They are of superior quality (Plywood Floors, Metal Roofs, Studs are16"oc)
and completely set up with everything you need in our waterfront RV Park.
At this time we got four cabins / park models available for sale. But you can
order your own, new cabin totally customized for your needs, and placed on
one of our available RV Resorts lots. Please look at our Park Map to see the
available location like site No 37, 38 and 42 for a Cozy Cottage, or the  No 26
for a Log-Cabin. Ones your cabin is set up, you could add a Florida room or
extra bedroom, to customize your cabin some more. It would be best if you
come in person to see our Cozy Cottages, Log Cabins and Lots for your self.

The Cozy Cottages/ Cabins

Offer a living room with dinette, a fully equipped kitchen with micro wave,
coffee maker etc., and all the needed utensils, they have central ac & heat,
flat screen tv's in both rooms, cable, dvd player, stereo system & cd player,
a 12' wooden deck with garden furniture, and a comfortable queen size bed.
These are beautifully decorated, very clean and cozy, brand new buildings.
At your option we can add a full length screened in Florida room, or divide
it into a porch, and extra bedroom, we could even include a hot tub for you.

Bass Fishing right from the porch, or just use our RV Resorts Fishing pier.
They offer a touch of class that is not easily found in the average log-cabin,
these cabins are exclusively designed for the Riverside Lodge and build by
Superior Park Homes in Georgia. Our unique floor plan and several special
features insure that you will experience the ultimate weekend, or vacation.
This log cabin is the perfect weekend getaway for relaxing and bass fishing. 

The real log, and metal roof exterior is housing an interior made up of solid
oak floors, real cedar walls, with top of the line electronics, and appliances.
If you are looking for that special and romantic place, 'This cabin has it all'!

Central AC / Heat, Electric Fire Place, Micro Wave /Convection oven, and
full size fridge, breakfast bar, designer coffee maker & toaster, all dishes,
glasses and utensils you need, flat screen and LCD TV's in every room and 
in the loft, DVD Player, Stereo with CD, a unique video-game-chair with a
build in speaker system in the Loft, a sectional sleeper sofa, a comfortable
queen size bed, and more. These log-cabins are beautifully decorated, and 
include a 12 ft solid wood deck for your outdoor enjoyment or quit evenings.
At your option we can add a full length screened in Florida room, or divide
